Bobbi Capps Emerging Leadership Scholarship

The Bobbi Capps Emerging Leader Scholarship was shaped by an amazing friend of the scholarship's namesake, Tyler Antikainen. He, like many others, discovered that meeting Bobbi Capps is a transformative experience. Bobbi has survived cancer, taken care of her family and friends, and excelled in both her personal and professional life--all with might and grace. Tyler is passionate about celebrating the lives of all women who, like Bobbi, have focus and drive, as well as an ability to encourage, support, and inspire positive growth in others. 

The Bobbi Capps Emerging Leader Scholarship is setting an ambitious goal of raising $5000, with the funds being awarded for the fall 2017 semester. This scholarship will recognize the excellence of others who self-identify as women, are involved in the community and on the MSU Denver campus, and who can demonstrate financial need.

The Bobbi Capps Emerging Leader Scholarship has been created to honor the strength of all women, their leadership skills, a commitment to uplifting others, and contributions to MSU Denver and the community at large.
